I suggest you have a look on the basic book on Dead Sea Scrolls Hebrew by
Elisha Qimron, The Hebrew of the Dead Sea Scrolls.
More recent short studies can be found through the Parry-Garcia Martinez
bibliography on the Dead Sea Scrolls.
Soon you will be able to get good, general information on this and other
topics in both the Encyclopedia of the Dead Sea Scrolls and in The Jubilee
Collection (2 volumes of articles on the Scrolls) edited by J. VanderKam and
P. Flint.
