Michael,

In looking through the Greek version of TNaph, I saw nothing that would 
lead me to believe that version has an interest in upper Galilee, or in 
the messianic prophecy from Isaiah.  I did note that there is at least 
one other feature that would relate it to 1 Enoch and the book of the Watchers: 
the contrast between the order of nature and the disorder of human 
society is suggestive of 1 Enoch 1-5.
