If by the Prayer of Esther you mean Addition C of the LXX version of
Esther, no, it has not been found among the Qumran Scrolls.  J.T. Milik
has argued that 4Q550 (which he called 4QprotoAramaic Esther) was a
source for the book of Esther, including Addition C, but his thesis has
not been generally accepted.
