I think that the word "osey =  make. It comes from the word Laasot = to make 
. if I want to say for example   he  makes  bread it would be  "hoo osey 
lechem"  the "hoo" is pronounced like  the English word "who" The word 
Observer would be "Zofe"  I observe - Ani matzpit or   "Ani mashkief" The 
latter from the word  "hashkafa" which is outlook ( a way at  looking at 
life) like Welt Anschaung in German.Cordillay Jack G
