Greetings to All List Members,
       I am new to the list. I have a question that is a carry over from
my seminary days.
During the time I was in school there was a great deal of speculation as
to whether there
was any contact with the Qumran community by John the Baptist. I am
wondering where current scholarship and research is on this issue. I
would appreciate any information or listing
of resources for research on this.
