All this supposition is well and good.

But how does this CHANGE or IMPROVE any theories.

Does this have any influence on my "pet" topic?..... the Assembly
of the Hasidim as the root of the Essenes?  

I LOVE supposition to fill out the details of well defined scenarios.
And I'm perfectly happy to accommodate and even INSIST on your
particular supposition of "blood being thicker than water."
But we are still left trying to decide WHO were the DSS communities....

If you have a direction that this "blood/water" thing can take us, please
tell me what it would be, and I'll see if I can join you on the trip.
