Since there is no attribution in the article, I guess the only one who
knows is the journalist, Matthew Kalman of Jerusalem. (FWIW, I've never
heard of him but I can't claim to be acquainted with every English-speaking
journalist in the city.) How many labs in the world do C14 dating of scrolls?
