     Stephen Goranson's interpretation of Professor Jull's posting is neither 
unbiased nor particularly competent.  If Goranson disagrees with Doudna's 
Hypothesis, that is fine.  But Goranson should not enlist Professor Jull to 
support Goranson's own opinions or make unwarranted declarations about what 
Jull intended by this statement or that without Jull's knowledge or 
permission.  This is fair to neither Greg Doudna nor Professor Jull.  If 
there are questions of clarification regarding the content of his posting, 
these should be addressed directly to Jull, who is I am sure quite capable of 
expressing his own viewpoints and conclusions without Goranson's assistance.
