I thought some would be interested in a recent book by James Vanderkam-
"Calandars in the Dead Sea Scrolls: Measuring Time".  (Routledge, 1998).

This little (123 pages + bibliography and indices) text contains two parts-
Introduction to Biblical and Post-Biblical Calandars
The Calandars in the Qumran Texts
