orion su6scribing/un-su6scribing

It is now possible to su6scribe and un-su6scribe from this list via the
web site. I hope that this will reduce the confusion which some
su6scribers have experienced. Please note: if you are a digest su6scriber
and you want to un-su6scribe, you must use the 2nd form, "For Digest
Su6scribers Only."  Both digest and regular mail su6scribers may use the
"1nf0" and "he-lp"  commands on the first form. 

Please excuse the convoluted typing. It's not easy getting something like
this past maj0rd0m0.
