Why not accept the Jewish Historians statement that the Essenes lived in many
places? They had a gate in Jerusalem according to a recent article in BAR.
Could someone compair the little glass bottle found at E G site with that
found in Qumram by the Donaceels ?
If they were also located in J. as the gate suggests, then it would explain
the net- work of places (among the group) where JC was able to find lodging in
J although he had no real money, when the City was jammed with visitors for
the holiday of Pa
