I have not seen the article--has anyone on orion? [if so, what's his
reading?]--but, apparently the reference is :
David Flusser, "Ostracon from Qumran Throws Light on First Church," in
_Jerusalem Perspective_ [which used to have "Report" as part of its
subtitle] no. 53 (Oct-Dec 1997) 12-15.
