Ada Yardeni, "A Draft of a Deed on an Ostracon from Khirbet Qumran," is 
now available in Israel Exploration Journal vol. 47 no. 3-4, pages 
233-37.

I share the view expressed by Albert Baumgarten that now is an 
appropriate time for further discussion on this potentially-significant 
document.
