orion Moderator out of town

I will be gone from Thur. Sept. 18 - Sat. Sept. 20. During that period, our
web manager, Brian Kvasnica (mskvas@mscc.huji.ac.il) will be checking the
list to make sure that everything is alright. He will deal with emergencies
like endless loops but non-essential requests like subscriptions and
forwarding bounced mssgs will be handled after I return, on Saturday
evening or Sunday morning.
