There was a slight error on my part regarding the usual dating of the
destruction of the Temple. Of course, it is held to be 586 BCE not 486. In
any event, the traditional chronology places events, as I said, at the time
of Herod, and NOT at the time of the Yannai et al. I look forward to
further comment on this.
