The following are touted by Stephen as facts:

this is vague enough for hedging.
Stephen then goes on to say:

I think he's trying to say that books such as Enoch and Jubilees, the now
canonical books, the testaments, the yahad texts, texts in two dialects of
Aramaic and three dialects of Hebrew aren't a broad range of Jewish texts.
