orion canon
Dear Harrison,
Just one more point about your query. What does "TOO traditional" mean.
DOes a view being traditional make it wrong? There are those who might
say that by being traditional it is ipso facto right, and this position is
uncritical. A position is "scientific" and not traditional=authority
based if it can be challenged and disproven. HOlding the "traditional"
view on Ezra's canon making role is a priori acceptable in scientific
discourse as long as it is considered subject to proof or refutation.
