admin. notices: FTP, mail volume

Orion subscribers,

	The archives are available again at the FTP site. Please e-mail me
privately at msorion@pluto.mscc.huji.ac.il if you are having trouble
accessing them or if you need more detailed instructions. The address is
unixware.mscc.huji.ac.il, log on as "anonymous," no password.  CD
orion_html, CD archive. These are downloadable text files, ordered by date
(96.10.3-5 = Oct. 3-5, 1996). 

	We are trying to keep the volume of mail down, as many people pay 
per message and we do not yet have a "digest mode." So we ask people to 
post only once a day, please. Try to consolidate multiple postings and to 
indicate the topics in the subject field.
