For those who asked about the exact source of my somewhat cryptic
reference to T. Gaster's index, it is from Gaster's most recent edition
(2nd?) of The Dead Sea Scriptures, which first appeared in 1956, with a
revised edition in 1964 (including the revised index), both published by
Doubleday. If there were any later revisions, I would appreciate
knowing.
