To my addendum on Lev passages preserved in the DSS, add the 
following:

Lev 19:6  4Q394 (one of the 4QMMT docs) published in DJD 10.  Note 
that on page 46 DJD 10 erroneously lists this passage as Lev 19:16.

Lev 17:3 in the same document (4Q394), also in DJD 10.

Lev 14:8 in 4Q396, another MMT, also published in DJD 10.

Sorry I omitted these before.
