Let's be a bit more precise about 1 Enoch.  The Book of the Watchers 
tells of the fall of angelic beings -- Asael, Semihazah, and their 
cohorts -- but not of Satan.  The story is related to Genesis 6 rather 
than Isaiah 14 or Ezekiel 28 and seems to presuppose a somewhat different 
idea.
